Mark Anderson
For over four years, I've had the privilege of serving as a Pastor, guiding and supporting individuals across various stages of life. My experience ranges from mentoring 5th graders to leading adults, all with the goal of helping others grow in their personal and spiritual journeys. I've also had the opportunity to form and lead teams within my church, equipping others to lead effectively in their own unique contexts.
I hold a BA in Biblical Studies and am currently completing my MA in Missional Theology. My education has given me a deep understanding of worldviews and how they shape our perception of life. This knowledge allows me to help clients clarify their goals, understand the motivations behind them, and develop practical strategies to achieve them.
My coaching philosophy centers on collaboration. As a coach, I’m here to work alongside you to reach your objectives. I understand that you know your life better than anyone else, and my role is to offer a fresh perspective while guiding and supporting you as we move toward your goals. If you’re looking for someone to hand you all the answers while you sit back, I may not be the right fit. But if you’re ready to put in the effort and work together as a team, I know we can achieve your goals!

As a coach, I find joy in helping others identify the goal they truly desire to seek, learn to strategically go after it, and provide helpful guidance along the way. Barriers and blind spots may feel elusive, but the solution is often simple and attainable. I'll help you get there.
I hold a Masters in Social work from Loyola University Chicago and am certified in Stakeholder Centered Coaching. I invite you to speak with me for free to learn more about what coaching may look like. I'd love for you to consider the possibilities I'm already convinced you can achieve.

Why Choose Us
It's true, there are many coaches in the market these days. Here are a few things that make us unique:
1. Helping others is our way of life
This may come across as a bit corny, but we were raised to help others. We were doing this before there was a paycheck. It just so happens that we have bills to pay, but we're thrilled to earn our keep doing something we love.
2. We are convinced you're worth it
An investment in your life is priceless. That is why we say that it is an honor to work with you. Our work is meaningful because you matter, and so does every person you meet. Knowing this to be true motivates our work with you.
3. Our Method Works
Not everyone is ready to commit to the stakeholder centered coaching (SCC) method. But we're so convinced that it works, that if you commit to a year of SCC but never achieve real, positive, measurable results, then it's 100% free.
